洪淳修
國立台南藝術大學音像紀錄所碩士，作品有《河口人》《城市農民曆》《船長要抓狂》，曾入圍台灣國際紀錄片雙年展、台灣民族誌影展、台北電影節，並獲行政院新聞局優良公共頻道節目優等獎、台灣地方志影展優選，作品皆以河海為場景，呈現人與土地間的關係，近年來多從事紀錄片教學工作，最新作品為《刪海經》。
HUNG, CHUN-HSIU was born in Taipei in 1975, who graduated from the Institute of Documentary of TNNUA. His most important works include Fishermen in the City, The Captain is Gonna Be Mad. He was nominated for Taiwan International Documentary Festival, Taipei Film Festival ,and Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival. Focusing on the sea and the rivers, the relationships between people and land, which are the trademarks of his films. He has been doing documentary teaching in recent years. The lost sea is his latest film.
導演的話 Director’s Statement
鱟，歷經了恐龍滅絕，至今已存活了2億年，所以被稱為活化石。而台灣政府為了開發，只花了不到20年的時間，就把鱟弄到瀕臨絕跡。正當政府為了開發把人民逼上絕路時，這些海裡也身受其害的活化石，不知道會怎麼看這群150萬年前才誕生的人類呢？
The horseshoe carbs in Kinmen, whose fate is a metaphor for Taiwanese. We also face China, the former enemy is now the business partner, and what shall we give in exchange for?
